The delta society will register cats as well as all sorts of pets. Your cat would have to undergo a temperment test, which is no problem if she’s as sweet as you say she is. They have programs in most areas, unfortunately the cat has to be at least a year old to participate. I know because I thought about getting my cat registered but he’s not old enough yet either, so maybe next year.
