Miracles in Motion provides horseback riding with therapeutic benefits for
people with physical and mental disabilities. Miracles in Motion is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a
program accredited by the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). Our mission is to provide
therapeutic, instructional and recreational benefits to persons with disabilities through horseback riding. The
benefits to the riders in the program range from recreational to building self esteem, communication, strength
and confidence. Volunteers receive personal satisfaction in helping people with disabilities participate in this
unique recreational therapy while helping the community. |
