Dreamworkers, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) all-volunteer organization dedicated to helping owners of dogs and cats use their pets for Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Assisted Activities. Members use their pets in a variety of facilities including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and schools in the west Metropolitan Atlanta area. They also help to promote the human animal bond through community education activities. Dreamworkers, Inc. also helps individuals interested in acquiring or training Service Dogs. Members promote responsible pet ownership through assisting local animal rescue organizations and providing community dog obedience classes.

Happy Tails Pet Therapy, Inc. is a non-profit organization of dedicated volunteers and their pets who perform animal-assisted therapy visits for healthcare facilities, social agencies and special-needs programs. We serve people of all ages with physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs by sharing the unconditional love of our pets. Happy Tails provides volunteer teams to visit children's hospitals, shelters, nursing homes and acute care facilities throughout the Atlanta Metro area. All animals are tested for temperament and meet stringent health requirements. Dogs in the program must hold a minimum of a Basic Obedience Training certificate. Regular team visits can be arranged on weekdays, weeknights or weekends, 7 days a week. We also provide special visits upon request and based on availability. There is no charge to receive the service provided.

The mission of Therapy Dogs of Georgia is to provide the distressed members of our community with therapy dog services and outreach programs as well as to evaluate, rescue, place and train homeless dogs for work in our programs. These services include, but are not limited to, Pet Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy and Activities, and community education programs throughout the state of Georgia. Our trained volunteers, and professional staff, will knowledgeably and systematically utilize the human-animal bond as a practical and powerful healing instrument. Our compassionate services will be paramount in importance when comforting the ill, conveying support and educating the public about therapy dog work.
