Pawsitive Connection is a non-profit organization, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, whose mission is to explore
and promote the human-animal bond as a way of improving a persons quality of life. Primary goals are (1) to help
health and human service professionals utilize animal assisted activities (AAA) and animal assisted therapy (AAT)
to enhance patient treatments in their practice or facility, (2) to provide training, evaluation, continuing education
and placement assistance for person's wishing to become AAA/AAT volunteers, and (3) to educate and inform the community
about ways in which animals can enrich and improve our quality of life. We exclusively utilize Delta Society®
Pet Partners® as our AAA/AAT volunteer resource. This web site has resources that describe the screening process,
communicable disease concerns, and answers frequently asked questions. When last visited, the web site did not
